Melbourne: The fifth seeded Indo-Russian pair of Leander Paes and Elena Vesnina defeated the number four seeded Indo-American pair of Rohan Bopanna and Lisa Raymond 6-2, 6-2 in the mixed double quarter final of the ongoing Australian Open Tennis Tournament.
Thriving on the opponent’s mistakes Paes and Vesnina had an easy outing losing only 4 games in the match that lasted for less than an hour.
They know will face the unseeded Italian pair of Roberta Vinci and Daniele Bracciali in the semifinal.
