Bangalore: Delhi are 169/7 at the end of day two against Karnataka in a Group B Ranji Trophy match being played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium here today. Karnataka in the first innings could only score 192 runs.
Delhi started the day at 44/2 with Shikhar Dhawan at 38 and Mithun Manhas on five. Dhawan could not add a single run to his overnight score as Vinak Kumar got him caught behind.
Manhas (29) and Vaibhav Rawal (48) steadied the ship for Delhi and took the score close to the hundred mark. Delhi batsmen kept getting out after getting starts and that hurt the team badly.
Narwal (11*) and Parvinder Awana (7*) were at crease at the end of the day’s play.
