Shanghai, (China): Indian tennis duo of Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna advanced into the quarterfinals of the Shanghai Open after they beat the American-British pair of Treat –Huey and Jonathan Marray here today.
The seventh seeded Indian pair who got a bye beat the unseeded team 7-9 (9), 6-4 in a match that lasted for an hour and 17 minutes.
They will now take on the winners of the match between Tomas Berdych-Nenad Zimonjic and second seeds Max Miryni-Daniel Nestor clash.
