London: The quarterfinal match between India’s Leander Paes and Sania Mirza against the top seeded pair of Max Mirnyi and Victoria Azarenka of Belaruss got delayed because of bad light at the London Olympics.
The Indian duo were one set down with the score-line of 7-5, 3-2 in the favor of the pair from Belarus.
The Indians lost the first set after their serve was broken in the 12th game. The second set saw both teams breaking each other’s serve once and Indians will serve when the game will commence.
The match saw good coordination between Sania and Leander but it was their serve that let them down.
