Cricket Season is not over yet: get ready for corporate cricket league

After one and a half month of cricketing bonanza called, Indian Premier League, we are still craving for some cricketing action. After all, when it comes to cricket, nothing is ever enough. For all those who are in no mood to get off their cricketing craze, there's a good news. The cricketing action is just around the corner again. Yes! Corporate Cricket League has returned. Not just watch but play the competitive cricket tournament in the NSportz Corporate Premier League Box Cricket Tournament!

When it comes to corporate events in sports, Nsports is the leader. Founded in 2013 by an avid sports player, the company organizes corporate sports activities and tournament in the cities like Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. One of their flagship events is Corporate Premier Cricket League. The league is played in Mumbai and Pune in which the big corporates like, Zee TV, Times of India, Deutsche Bank, Ogilvy & Mather, Taj Group of Hotels, EClerx, Shopper Stop and WNS participates.

This is the fourth edition of Inter Corporate Box Cricket to be held on 4th of June in Mumbai at FootBrawl, Mega Mall, Oshiwara. The tournament is open to all the corporates. For a team to participate in this event, there should be a minimum of eight team players from the same corporate. There are trophies and prizes for the top four teams. Also, there will be cash prize too for the winning team. The organizer will provide refreshments and T- shirts to each and every player.

Last year, there were a total of 12 teams who participated in the corporate sports event. They were divided into four groups of 3 teams each. It was the knockout format and all the teams competed with full enthusiasm. The four teams which qualified for semi-finals were CRP Stunners, Afcons Warriors, TCS and Mahindra Insurance Brokers (MIBL). After a closely fought battle, TCS Property Damagers and Afcon Warriors reached the final, where TCS prevailed over the Afcon warriors to lift the trophy of Corporate Premier League.

The third edition of the league was the successful event where the top corporates participated and enjoyed the game of cricket to the fullest. This year also the organisers are expecting a good response from the companies. After all, IPL has just concluded, but the cricketing fever is not just losing its grip over the cricket lovers.
