Chandigarh: The Chandigarh State Junior Rowing Championship for Men and Women will be held at the Lake Club on Sunday, the 13th September, 2015 at 0700 hours (07:00 A.M.). The following events will be conducted in the Championship: -

1.         Single Sculls     (1 x) (Open for Men and Women)

3.         Double Sculls   (2 x) (Open for Men and Women)

4.         Coxless Pairs   (2 -) (Open for Men and Women)

5.         Coxless Fours  (4 -) (Open for Men and Women)

           The entries close with Shri Parmod Kumar Singla, Hony. Secretary, Chandigarh Rowing Association or Mr. Arvind Sehgal, Rowing Coach on the Saturday, the 12th September, 2015 at 1800 hours (6:00 P.M.).

            The selection of the team for the forthcoming 36th Junior National Rowing Championships at Roorkee (Uttarakhand) from 7-11 October, 2015 will be made on the basis of the performance of the rowers in the above Chandigarh State Junior Rowing Championship on 13th September, 2015, their previous performance and future potential.

All Oars boys/ Oars Girls born on or after 1-1-1997 are eligible for the Juniors Championship.
