Uttranchal Heroes defeated Shakti FC 3 - 1 to collect three full points. Uttranchal’s Rishab Bhandari opened score 1 - 0 in 11th minute while Karan Singh Rithwik increased lead 2 - 1 in 22nd minute. Vivek Balhva took the tally to 3 - 1 in 24th minute.

Shakti’s Arvinder Hari Kumar reduced margin to 1 - 3.

Earlier, Golden Stars FC scored a 2 - 1 win over New Friends FC. Golden Stars' Mohd. Karla opened score 1 - 0 in 10th minute. New Friends’ Ram Singh levelled score 1 - 1 in 38th minute. Golden Stars' Ashley Walter made it 2 - 1 in 43rd minute.
