Kolkata Knight Riders are all-ready to play their final match of IPL-6 against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Gautam Gambhir and Yusuf Pathan had been in decent touch lately and it’s going to be their litmus test against the likes of Karan Sharma, Amit Mishra and Dale Steyn. Sunrisers had got their batting much stronger with the inclusions of Biplab Samantray and Shikhar Dhawan but they need to tackle the mystery spinner Sunil Narine well.
Here we bring to you the players to watch out for in the match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders
Sunrisers Hyderabad
Biplab Samantray: Samantray played a match winning innings for Sunrisers in last match as he went onto score 55 runs off 46 balls. He has brought some sort of stability to the Sunrisers middle-order which will be very helpful against the likes of Balaji and Narine.
Dale Steyn: Steyn was absolutely brilliant in last match and would be looking to snatch another victory for his side in this interesting battle. His quota of four overs will surely determine the fate of SRH.
Amit Mishra: Mishra was in great touch with the ball and was looking very aggressive. He has been the cornerstone of their bowling and performance in last match has made him look much more lethal.
Karan Sharma: Karan was brilliant with the ball as he bagged few important wickets at crucial times. He has to make certain variations in his pace otherwise he becomes too predictable in his length.
Shikhar Dhawan: Dhawan has been inconsistent with the bat and is taking too much of risks in the initial overs. He needs to get some runs before he unleashes himself against the bowlers.
Kolkata Knight Riders
Gautam Gambhir: Gambhir has not been that consistent with the bat but would be looking forward to get some runs in the final game of the IPL-6. If he gets going, KKR for sure will have an edge.
Yusuf Pathan: Pathan was sensational with the bat in the last match as he went onto score 72 runs. He can be the impact player on the slow wicket of Hyderabad as well.
Ryan ten Doeschate: Ryan was brilliant with the bat and has been in good knick with the ball. He can turn the game on his head and surely can be a great match-finisher for KKR.
Sunil Narine: Narine went wicket-less in last match but he can be very lethal taking into the consideration the fragile batting line-up of SRH. His four overs can make a world of difference.
Lakshmipathy Balaji: Balaji has been looking in good form in the second phase of the IPL. His variations are working out really well and his yorkers are spot on. He has been an unsung hero for KKR in most of the matches.
