Mitchell Johnson takes on Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni and Mike Hussey along with Tendulkar and RohitMumbai Indians are all set to take on Chennai Super Kings to book the berth for the finals of Indian Premier League. Sachin Tendulkar and Rohit Sharma will have a lot to prove in this match, especially against the tactics ploughed by MS Dhoni. Meanwhile Lasith Malinga and Mitchell Johnson, who have been brilliant so far, would be looking to dismantle the likes of Suresh Raina and Mike Hussey, who too have consistent so far.

Here we bring to you the players to watch out for the match between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians

Sachin Tendulkar: Tendulkar would be looking to rise up to the occasion after taking a break from last couple of matches. He can make a world of difference if he starts dominating the bowler in the power-play.

Dinesh Karthik: Karthik hasn’t fired much in the latter half of the Indian Premier League and would be looking to get some runs under his belt. He needs to keep his focus after getting a good start, rather than smashing every ball that he faces.

Rohit Sharma: Sharma has been the corner stone of Mumbai Indians but his form has dipped in last few matches. Though his captaincy. Which has been pretty good up till now, will come under scanner when he will go head to head against the best in the business.

Lasith Malinga: Malinga is going to be the trumpcard for Mumbai Indians. His four overs cannot just contain the batsmen but can also bring some wickets for his team. His yorkers had hardly misfired in the last few matches and if he’s going to land it right, then surely MS Dhoni and Mike Hussey will be having some tough time.

Mitchell Johnson: Johnson has been the bowling star for Mumbai Indians because of his ability to provide some early breakthroughs. His ability to nip the ball back into the batsmen makes him exciting and clubbing him with Malinga makes him look even more dangerous.

Chennai Super Kings

Suresh Raina: Raina hasn’t been amongst the runs lately and would be looking to break the shackles in this tight game. His ability to capitalise on a good start makes him the impact player for his side.

Mike Hussey: Hussey has not been as consistent in the last few matches and would be itching to come hard on the bowlers of Mumbai Indians. His litmus test is going to be against Johnson who troubled him a lot when these two titans clashed at Wankhede Stadium.

MS Dhoni: Dhoni has made some unexpected decision regarding the batting order of CSK and would be looking to get it right in this match. He should try to come at number four which will allow him to maintain the scoring rate.

Mohit Sharma: Sharma has been brilliant so far and has all the potential to bamboozle the likes of Dinesh Karthik and Sachin Tendulkar with his consistent line and length.

Ravi Ashwin: Ashwin has been more of a passive bowler in this edition of Indian Premier League. He can be very lethal on the track of Feroze Shah Kotla as he has that ability to get the sharp turns from his straighter ones.
