Raina hoping that Kohli and Dhoni put up good total

Bangalore: After having helped India on second day of the second Test match on Saturday, Suresh Raina is now hoping that Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni, two unbeaten batsmen continue with their partnership and put lot of runs on the board.

"Virat and I had a good partnership and now he and Dhoni are batting. Hopefully we can score lot of runs in the first innings. The match will get interesting in the next three days," he said.

Raina who scored a commendable 55 runs and also stitched a useful partnership of 99 with Kohli for the fifth wicket was however not happy with the fashion of his dismissal

"It's unfortunate to get out twice in the same manner, I am very disappointed," said Raina.
Raina’s knock was a fluent one and when inquired if it was part of the strategy, he said, "Not really. I made sure that I bat positively whenever I got a ball in my area.”

"I was looking at the positives. Virat and I looked to score runs. We had a good partnership. Boult and Southee were bowling really well so I aimed to be positive and hang in there for a while."
