Chandigarh: Indian Air Force beat Indian Navy, Bombay by 7-2 in a one-sided match in the 46th SN Vohra’s All India Gurmit Memorial Hockey Tournament being played at Hockey Stadium, Sector 42 in Chadigarh, on Thursday.

The goals were scored at 7^th, 22th,34^th, 49^th, 63th,66^th and 70^th minute of the match by Indian Air Force. The goal scorers of the match was Devender Singh, Damanjeet Singh, Sanwar Ali, Lovedeep Singh respectively while Indian Navy, Bombay could not manage two goals in 11^th and 58^th minute by Surender and Rana Pratap.

In the second match, Punjab and Sindh Bank defeated RCF in by 6-2.The goal scorers of the match were Gangandeep Singh, Sukhjit Singh and Jaskaran Singh in the 10^th,15^th,22^nd, 24^th,42^nd and 62^nd minutes, respectively for Punjab and Sindh Bank. RCF could manage two goals through Varnder Singh and Simranjeet Singh in the 12^th and 18th minute respectively.

Semi-final matches between Namdhari XI and Indian Air Force, and SC Railway and Punjab and Sindh Bank will be played on Friday.
