In the first Pool D game of the Sub-Junior Men (B Division) National Championships, Hockey Bihar and Assam Hockey drew 2-2. Goalscorers for Assam Hockey were Arun Sahani (16’) and Manish Sahani (52’). For Hockey Bihar the goalscorers were Suleman Herenj (38’) and Gulsan Ekka (60’).

In Pool D’s second game Hockey Rajasthan beat Citizen Hockey XI 2-1. Citizen Hockey opened the scoring via Faiz Alam in the 7th minute. Hockey Rajasthan’s goals were scored by Rohtash (28’, 58’).

Hockey Coorg beat Mumbai Schools Sports Association by 8-1. Sukalyan Mondal scored a hat trick (22’, 35’, 50’) for Coorg in their victory.

In the Junior Men National Championship, Hockey Mizoram beat Hockey Bihar 3-1 in Pool H. Lalruatfela Zote scored a brace (21’, 40’) for Hockey Mizoram in the victory.

Hockey Jammu & Kashmir beat Hockey Madhya Bharat 4-3 in Pool H’s second game. Navjote Singh scored four goals (28’, 31’, 41’, 54’) for Hockey Jammu & Kashmir.
