Hong Kong’s Moner Ahmed has been found to employ a legal bowling action after undergoing a Home Board Analysis of his action during the
ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier UAE 2013 (WT20Q).

Ahmed was one of three players reported for a suspected illegal bowling action under the ICC Regulations for the Review of Bowlers
Reported with Suspected Illegal Bowling Actions on the first day of the WT20Q in Abu Dhabi on 15 November.

Ahmed was reported by umpires C. Shamsuddin, Michael Gough and Ian Ramage, and match referee Dev Govindjee, following his side’s victory
over Italy at Abu Dhabi Oval 1. Under the Regulations, the bowler was required to submit to a Home Board Analysis, with a written report of
the outcome of the analysis provided to the ICC within seven days.

The Home Board Analysis has been completed, and Ahmed has been found to employ a legal bowing action.

As such, Ahmed is permitted to continue bowling in international cricket. Should he be reported again within a period of two years of
the date of the first report, Ahmed will be required to submit to an ICC Analysis.

The Home Board Analyses of the remaining two players are to be provided to the ICC no later than Saturday.
