Kolkata: Ace Indian tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi said that 2013 tour would be his last year as he has retirement in mind. Bhupathi has been a great doubles player and has a career Grand Slam in mixed doubles to his name.
Bhupathi said that he had a great career and he is happy to call it a day as he don't enjoy leaving his baby alone and going for tours so much.
Bhupathi said that over the years he has had the opportunity to play with some great players like Todd Woodbridge, Max Mirnyi, Leander Paes to Mary Pierce to Martina Hingis and that it has been a great journey for him.
On Indian batting great Sachin Tendulkar who is going through a lean patch, Bhupathi said that he does not need to prove anything to anybody, he has scored 100 centuries and has nothing to prove to anyone.
