Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Ball Badminton Association will hold selection trials for its junior boys and girls at the ball badminton courts outside the Nehru Stadium here on October 16 from 7.30 a.m.

The selected bunch will represent the district in the inter-district championship to be held at the Excel Engineering College campus in Namakkal on October 22 and 23.

Players born on or after January 1, 1992 are eligible for participation.

The trials for the sub-junior boys and girls will be held at the same venue on October 30 from 7.30 a.m. Players born on or after January 1, 1996 are eligible.

The sub-junior team will take part in the inter-district championship scheduled at the MSR MHSS, T. Kallupatty on November 5.
