New Delhi: Delhi opened its campaign in style as they trounced Chhatisgarh 6-0 to collect three points in the preliminary group - B league match of Under-18 Girls Junior National Football League Championship being played at Goa.

The highlight of this match was a fine hat-trick scored by former international medio Ankusha Samuel who struck in the 11th minute, 35th and 75th minute of the game. Defender Deepika struck a brace in 2nd and 17th minute. Captain (another former international) Chetna Dadwal completed the tally to 6 - 0 in 68th minute. Delhi play its next match on October 9.
