New Delhi: St. Xaviers School, Raj Nivas Marg scored a stunning victory over formidable CRPF School, Dwarka 3 - 1 in preliminary league match of the 1st Premia - Delhi State Inter- School Under - 17 Football Tournament - 2014 for Maitri Cup being held at Dr Ambedkar Stadium here on Wednesday.

Prateek Paul scored a brace in 37th, 42nd minute, Jerin scored in 14th minute for winners while CRPF's Parduman reduced margin 1 - 3 in 45th minute.

Earlier, Sanskiriti School scored a 4 - 0 win over Springdales School - B . Zamir Abdullah 926th and 45th minute), Venugipal ( 12th ), Ranjit Bhutani ( 35th minute ) were the scorers.

Chinmaya Vidalaya defeated Modern Convent School 2 - 0. Piyush Rawat and Abhishek were the scorers in 9th and 34th minute.
St. Marks School, Dwarka defeated Modern International school, Dwarka 3 - 1. Vaibhav ( 6th and 24th minute), Harshit Sherawat ( 15th minute ) scored for winners while Suraj reduced margin 1 - 3 in 48th minute.

Springdales School got a walk-over from GHPS School who failed to turn up.
