New Delhi: St. Xavier School defeated Faith Academy School 3-0 in the first round match of the 3rd Mahindra Youth Football Challenge Delhi-leg played at Ganga International High School, Hiran Kudna today.

St Xavier School took an attacking stance since beginning and managed to score two goals in the first half. Yatin Uppal and Bharat scored in 18th & 24threspectively.

Himanshu also scored a goal in 37th min to seal the victory for his team. The team will now play in the pre-quarter-final stage of the tournament.
