Chandigarh: Sonali Bansal defeated Naemat Aulakh to win the girls’ (U-18) title during the ongoing AKSIPS Total Tennis Championship, at the school courts in Mohali.

In the final of the girls’ category, Sonali Bansal gripped the match from the very first minute of the match and wrapped up the game in 50 minutes. In the first set, Sonali displayed solid ground strokes to down Naemat by 6-2 and later also she won the second set 6-2 to register win in straight sets.Earlier in the semi-finals of the tourney, Sonali defeated Aditi Dogra 6-0.
