Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar said that the upcoming four match Test series against England will be a closely fought and the past results won’t have any effect on the results.

Sachin said that they have to leave the England series behind where they lost four nil. He said that immediately after the English tour India beat England 5-0 in one dayers in India.

On the Indian teams’ preparation ahead of the first match at Ahmadabad on Nov. 15 he said that most of the players have played first class matches to prepare themselves, Sachin also said that the team still has 6-7 days to practice.

On whether he is afraid of any bowler, Sachin said that he has never been afraid of any bowler but said that he respects some.

On the honor of being conferred with Order of Australia, Sachin said that he is very happy to have got the honor. He said he has been playing in Australia from the past 20 years, he said that he has toured Australia 6-7 times and the best thing is that a performance gets noticed in Australia. He said that he got exposure at the right time.
