Bangladesh plan to restrict India to 265

Mirpur: Bangladesh is in a mood to restrict India to 260-265 runs when they meet India in the third ODI of the Asia Cup at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Friday, Nasir Hossain said on the eve of the match.

"We are confident about the next game against India and we are looking forward to do something good. It would be good game if we can restrict India within 260 to 265 runs on this wicket and I'm confident that's possible for us," said Nasir on the eve of the match.

As the focus again shifts on Sachin Tendulkar's impending 100th international century, Nasir said: "A good ball is a good ball for everyone irrespective of whether Tendulkar is playing it or not." Nasir also said Bangladesh lacks in finishing off matches.

"I think we should improve in this area and we are trying to do that. We went close on several occasions and then we lost. We will try not to repeat it. I am also trying for a long time to stay till the end but somehow it doesn't happen and that's a big weakness. Now it's a challenge for me to finish the game if I am settled in the middle," said Nasir.
