New Delhi: Lovepreet’s hat-trick helped Indian Air force prevail over Northern Railway 3-2 in the 6TH Oriental Bank Maharaja Ranjit Singh Hockey Tournament being played At Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, New Delhi on Wednesday.

Indian Air Force took the lead when Lovepreet scored a field goal in the 10th minute but two minutes later, Sajjan Singh scored the equalizer for Northern Railway. The Railway team increased the margin to 2-1 when Raju found the net in the 22nd minute and it was not until the 60th minute when Indian Air Force found the equalizer through Lovepreet, who scored the second goal of the day. Lovepreet soon scored his third goal giving IAF a win.
