On Wednesday at the M. Chinnaswami stadium in Bengaluru, Quinton de Kock (53) and AB de Villiers (68) helped the RCB reach a challenging total of 205 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. The duo stitched a partnership of 103 runs in the process. For Chennai, fast bowler Shardul Thakur, Dwayne Bravo and leg spinner Imran Tahir picked up 2 wickets each.

In response, Chennai got to the target with 2 balls to spare, with Dhoni finishing it off in familiar style. Dhoni’s innings was studded with 1 four and 7 sixes.
