Chennai: Toss Sports Management, Chennai-based sports marketing and event management company announces the 1st Edition of “Chennai Corporate Spikes”, an inter-corporate men’s volleyball event to be held on February at 18 and 19.
The company invites corporate teams from Chennai to participate in this two-day men’s volleyball event.
The tournament also features an award for 'Most Disciplined Team', in an effort to promote sporting spirit amongst the participants.
Group matches will be played in the league format and all matches from the quarterfinals onwards will be knockouts under floodlights. Each corporate can field a maximum of two teams.
Teams need to register by filling up the forms and payment of the participation fees. The last date for receiving entries is February 09.
Commenting on the initiative, Rajalingam, Director, Toss Sports Management said, “The main aim of the event is to promote the game among the wider public audience and also to promote a healthy lifestyle among the corporate employees. To achieve this, the company will be organizing several events in the upcoming months.”
