London: India’s Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna defeated fourth seeded pair of Robert Lindstedt and Romania's Horia Tecau 6-3, 5-7, 10-5 in what was a must-win game for the Indian pair in Group B of the Barclays ATP World Tour Finals.
Bhupathi-Bopanna lost their opening match against Jonathan Marray and Frederik Nielsen 4-6, 7-6 (7-1), 10-12.
The pair in their last league match will face the second seeded pair of Max Mirnyi of Belarus and Daniel Nestor of Canada. The India duo will need to win the match if they have to qualify for the semis.
