Indian eves defeat Sri Lanka to qualify for 2014 WCColombo: Indian eves defeated Sri Lanka by nine wickets in a Women's World Twenty20 2014 qualifier. Left-arm spinner Ekta Bisht's hat-trick was the star for India taking a hat-trick in the match. India needed 101 runs to win and some very good batting from Poonam Raut and Mithali Raj ensured that India will feature in the 2014 World Cup.
