No.2 seed Angelique Kerber will open against Mariana Duque-Mariño, while No.3 seed Garbiñe Muguruza will begin her Olympic campaign against former World No.1 Jelena Jankovic, and No.4 seed Agnieszka Radwanska, Zheng Saisai.
