•    Ranked 4th among the World under 21 players having lost in the Semi-Finals at the World U 21 Snooker Championship held in Goa, India from 21 - 31 Aug 2007. She defeated the top seed Ramona Belmont in the league encounter.

•    She participated for the first time in the Indian Nationals Women’s Snooker & Billiards Championship 2007 and performed highly defeating Karnataka No 2 Sridevi 2-0, losing 2-1 to Top Ranked Chitra Magimairaj in Billiards and to high ranked veteran Uma Devi 2-1 in Snooker.

•    Awarded the Most Promising player in an Open All Men tournament conducted by the Royal Western India Turf Club at Pune in 2006 for a notable performance.

•    Defeated former National Snooker Champion Usha Khandelwal in a Open tournament in Pune in 2005.

•    Ranked 2nd in Maharashtra in 2007, defeated former National Snooker Champion Heena Khandelwal 3:0 in the Semi Finals and lost to Meenal Thakur 3:1 in the Final

Arantxa participated in both Billiards and Snooker and performed remarkably well in her first Nationals, giving a scare to reigning World Billiards Champion Chitra Magimairaj of Karnataka in Billiards (Lost 2-1) and defeating high ranked Karnataka player Sridevi in Snooker in straight sets, thereby qualifying in her pool for the Pre-Quarter Finals in which she almost upset veteran Uma Devi of Karnataka, losing 2-1.
