Hammer Cricket to provide kits for ACF/USYCA Coaching Education Programs

Indianapolis: The American Cricket Federation today announced that Hammer Cricket has agreed to provide ACF/USYCA (United States Youth Cricket Association) with complementary kits for its Coaching Education Program instructors. Under this agreement, Hammer Cricket will provide each coaching instructor with a free kit, and will extend discounted prices to all registered ACF/USYCA coaches, according to ACF Chief Executive Officer Jamie Harrison.

Hammer Cricket CEO Jason Mellet said, "I think over the last year, we have all realized where the biggest needs in American cricket are - youth and coaching. Hammer Cricket's focus moving forward is to help grow cricket all across America and to be more focused than ever in these two key areas.

"Without youth being involved in cricket, and without them getting first class coaching, we will never get anywhere and the game will never grow."

"It’s another step closer to professionalism in USA Cricket coaching, and an additional benefit to our coaches," said Director of Coaching Jatin Patel. "Our coaches will have professional attire with a unique ACF logo and the sponsors logos, which they can wear with the pride and honor.

"It’s another initiative to make our coaches true professionals for the game. It also adds great value to the ACF coaching certification and for the coaches, as a very important benefit as a certified coach with ACF."
