New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority FA - a and Conscient FA emerged champions of the 2nd Delhi Soccer Association (DSA ) Inter - Academies Football tournament for Delhi United Cup- 2013 after defeating their respective rivals- Baichung Bhutia Football School in the finals held at Dr,Ambedkar Stadium here on Wednesday.

In Under- 14 category, Conscient Football Academy defeated Baichung Bhutia Football School 3 - 0. Scorers were Prashant ( 27th minute ), Prithvi ( 33rd minute ) and Ritik ( 38th minute). Later on, in Under - 17 category final, Delhi Development Authority ( DDA ) F A - A team defeated Baichung Bhutia School 2 - 0. Scorers were Jai Minocha ( 44th mintue) and Dhurav ( 61st minute ).

Best four rising players of the tournament, including Chetan Shukla ( Delhi United FA ), Prithvi ( Conscient FA ) , Kaveesh ( DDA _ A FA ) and Kartik ( Punjab Heroes FA were also honoured.

Former Indian football team captain Rajya Sahba MP Prasun Banerjee was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes to the winners, runners-up and players of the tournament.
