Chennai: ICF defeated East Coast 29-21, 29-6 in the semifinals of the all-India Railway ball badminton championship to setup a title clash with Southern Railways. Southern defeated Western Railways 29-21, 29-26 to reach the finals.

In the third place match, East Coast defeated Western Railways 29-28 in the play-off.
