1. When Puneri Paltan defeated the Mighty U Mumba on their Home ground!

Before this match, Puneri Paltan was already written off by the experts. They were playing U Mumba at Dome@NSCI SVP Stadium which is the Home team's fortress where they have never lost a league game, barring just one. But all the records went for a toss when Puneri Paltan thrashed the home team by a massive margin of 41-19.

2. When Puneri Paltan managed to draw a tie against Delhi Dabang!

It's not daily that you witness a tie in a Kabaddi match. In a crucial match where a loss would have nullified their previous two wins, Puneri Paltan clinched some important points in the last minute to claw back a tie against Delhi Dabang K.C. Captain Manjeet Chillar came to the rescue of his team by scoring some last minute points in this match.

3. When Shabeer Bapu troubled his ex-teammates of U Mumba!

It seems losing Shabeer Bapu to Jaipur Pink Panthers will haunt U Mumba for the rest of the season. Although Jaipur Pink Panthers have lost their match against U Mumba, but that couldn’t take off the sheen from the brilliant performance by Bapu against his former employers. 4. When the Bengal Warrior Jang-Kun Lee showed us his mesmerizing Cartwheel!

This Korean player is on the best of his form right now! With his brilliant raiding ability, he has established himself as one of the best players of this season. His display of a mesmerizing cartwheel in the match against Delhi Danbang K.C has made us fall in love with this player even more!

5. When Women's Kabaddi Championship kicked off last week!

Women's Kabaddi championship was kicked off on the last day of the first leg of the Men's Pro Kabaddi League. With this, a new chapter in the history of PKL was written. For the first time, three teams of women's Kabaddi will be competing alongside the men. All the matches of Women's league will be played on the same mat as used for Men's games. The finale will be played alongside the Men's finale on 31 st July at Hyderabad.
