Arjun Tendulkar takes first step towards walking on father’s footstep

Mumbai: Arjun Tendulkar has taken a huge step towards walking on his father Sachin Tendulkar’s footstep after his name featured on the list of 32 probables of the Mumbai under 14 side.

Arjun caught everyone’s eyeball after he scored his maiden century in the MCA selection tournament now has indeed taken a huge step towards a great cricketing career. The 12 year old scored a brilliant 124 in the semifinals of the tournament for Khar Gymkhana Centre against Goregaon Centre in the semifinals.

Now junior Tendulkar is an all-rounder who bats left-handed and bowls left arm medium pace.
Arjun has cricket in his genes but then his performance in the summer vacation tournament where he scored more than 250 runs in his five appearances playing for Khar centre does show that he has got class and hunger to excel just like his father.
