Augusta Masters: Couples share lead with Jason Duffner after day two

 

Augusta: Lee Westwood squandered on his first lead by one score after posting a fine 67 ended the second day one over 73 to drop down to see Fred Couples and Jason Duffner and to take the lead at the halfway stage at the Augusta Masters here on Friday.

They are being trailed by Lee Westwood, Rory Mcllroy, Sergio Garcia, Louis Oosthuizen and Bubba Watson at one shot behind at 140.

Couples who shot five under 67 was the best score of the day and became the oldest golfer to lead after the second day at the Masters.

Four-time winner here at Augusta Tiger Woods finished with three over 75 to card his worst score at the tournament in eight years. He is eight behind the leader and made the cut with only two shots to spare. He overall score for two days is two over 144.
