Tata National Chess C'ship: Three share lead

chessKolkata: Grandmaster G.N. Gopal took the lead at the Tata National premier Chess Tournament at the Khudiram indoor hall on Tuesday.

Playing against GM Sundarajan Kidambi with white pieces Gopal won the match in 28 moves. He is now on tied 1st position with fellow Grandmaster Neelotpal Das and International Master Swapnil Dhopade with two points.

Neelotpal Das beat Women Grandmaster Mary Ann Jones.
