Chandigarh: The Chandigarh State Junior Rowing Championship for Men and Women will be held at the Lake Club on Saturday, the 5th November, 2016 at 0700 hours (07:00 A.M.). The following events will be conducted in the Championship: -

1. Single Sculls (1 x) (Open for Men and Women)
3. Double Sculls (2 x) (Open for Men and Women)
4. Coxless Pairs (2 -) (Open for Men and Women)
5. Coxless Fours (4 -) (Open for Men)

The entries close with Shri Parmod Kumar Singla, Hony. Secretary, Chandigarh Rowing Association or Arvind Sehgal, Rowing Coach on the Friday, the 4th November, 2016 at 1800 hours (6:00 P.M.).

The selection of the team for the forthcoming 37th Junior National Rowing Championships at Kollam (Kerala) from November 29 to December 4, 2016 will be made on the basis of the performance of the rowers in the above Chandigarh State Junior Rowing Championship on 5th November, 2016, their previous performance and future potential.

All Oars boys/ Oars Girls born on or after 1-1-1999 are eligible for the Juniors Championship.
