Keep calm and be sporty

The first thing that comes into our mind is that “WHY SHOULD BE PLAY?” The reason is very simple -- it keeps our mind, body and soul together. Team sports are good for learning accountability, dedication and leadership. No matter how good are you at sports but then to you should play something as it will help in your overall fitness of your body. One gains confidence and self esteem by participating in any sport. Teenagers are dissatisfied with their body. By actively participating in sports one can overcome their fear of being socially acceptable, which in turn is linked with their dissatisfaction.

Being active is directly related to sports and when you play it makes you feel exhausted due to which you get a peaceful sleep which in turn will give you a pleasant mind.

It is commonly believed that one who indulges in sport can never excel in academics, but this stereotype thinking needs to broken. The young talents need to be freed from this chain as many scientific studies have also proved that students who are good at sports, manage to perform better than average students in academics.

John Wooden had said, “Sports do not build character. They reveal it.”
