Strong field for WB Ladies Amatuer Golf C'ship

Strong field for WB Ladies Amatuer GolfKolkata: Amandeep Drall of Chandigarh, the champion at the Usha Eastern India Ladies Open Amateur Golf Championship at Jamshedpur will play the Usha West Bengal Ladies Open Amateur Golf Championship beginning 10th October.

Drall, who beat All India reigning Amateur champion, Aditi Ashok will face a strong field that includes, Millie Saroha, the Usha Northern India Ladies winner, Gurbani Singh, the Usha Southern India Ladies champion and Aditi. Also playing are Gauri Monga, Raksha Phadke, Anisha Padukone, Ankita Kedalya, Nikita Arjun and Ridhima Dliawari. Gurbani Singh is the defending champion.

Usha, a major supporter of Indian golf, is proud of its long-term association with the sport, covering the entire spectrum of the game. Usha has been associated with ladies golf for over 25 years, and today is the nationwide sponsor of the entire Indian Golf Union (IGU) Ladies Tour.
