Dipika enters semifinals

New Delhi: Top seed Dipika Pallikal eased into the semifinals of the Dread Series 2 squash tournament, a WISPA event, being held in Washington, beating Sarah Cardwell of Australia 11-4, 11-3, 11-6.

She faces the New Zealander Larissa Stephenson in the semifinals.

Earlier the Indian had beaten a qualifier Georgina Stokes of England 11-7, 11-5, 11-3 in the first round, which happened to be the pre-quarterfinals.
