Lara and Bakewell inducted into ICC Hall of Fame

Colombo: The International Cricket Council have inducted West Indies batting legend Brian Lara and England's woman player Enid Bakewell into the Hall of Fame today.

“West Indies prolific batsman Brian Lara will join the 66 male members of the Hall of Fame while England’s Enid Bakewell becomes the third women to be inducted,” an ICC release said.

Lara and Blakewell will be formally inducted on September 15th during the LG ICC Awards at Waters Edge, here.

Two more players will be inducted and their names will be announced by ICC later this year.
