Gurgoan: Led by their top seed Capt. K.S Cheema who carded a par 72 and a seven over 79 by their No.Two, Col. Ajay Singh, Ravi’s Ruffians led three other teams into the match-play round at the Gorgoan Leg of the Team Golf League 2013 at the Golden Greens Golf Club on Friday.
Playing the stroke-play round, Ravi’s Ruffians were well ahead tallying 480 cumulative points to lead the field. Coming in second were Aag a good 54 points behind, followed by the British Golf Society 553 and The Storm 554.

Only 10 teams managed to take to the Course with one team getting disqualified as one of their players failed to hand in his card.
The four top teams will battle it out in match play on Saturday and the top team will earn the right to have a shot at the ‘Mightiest Golf Gang in India’ title at the National finals to be played in December.


Captain of Ravi’s Ruffians and said, “We are ecstatic with the way we played today. I am sure we will continue with out form tomorrow and win the whole thing.
