Ahmedabad: Amandeep Drall carded second straight one-under 71 to extend her lead to five shots at the top after the second round in the first leg of the Hero Womens Professional Golf Tour here on Thursday.
Panchkula's Amandeep started impressively, carding an error free front-nine with birdies on the third, eighth and ninth holes at the Kensville Golf & Country Club.
However, she seemed to lose concentration on the return and carded a birdie-less back-nine while dropping shots on the 13th and 18th holes to finish with a total score of 142 after 36 holes.
Kolkata's Smriti Mehra was second on the leaderboard with a total of 147 after she added a two-over 74 to the first round score of 73.
Gurgaon's Gaurika Bishnoi was third a total score of 148 after the second round of 74.

New Delhi's Mehar Atwal and Chandigarh's Saaniya Sharma were tied fourth with identical scores of 150 after 36 holes.
Kolkata's Neha Tripathi was sixth after 36 holes with a total score of 152.
She was followed by Sharmila Nicollet in the seventh position with a total score of 157 and Kapurthala's Gursimar Badwal in eighth at 158.
